Youth Leads for a Future without Inequalities
Unter dem Titel “Youth Leads for a Future without Inequalities” bietet das Side Event von Südwind jungen Menschen eine Plattform, um ihre Perspektiven darüber zu teilen, wie globale Verhandlungen in konkrete Maßnahmen umgewandelt werden können, um Ungleichheiten zu bekämpfen und die Agenda 2030 umzusetzen.
Die Veranstaltung bietet eine Gelegenheit, transformative Maßnahmen voranzutreiben, die nachhaltige Entwicklung zu fördern und eine sinnvolle Beteiligung der Jugend an globalen Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen. Die Teilnehmer:innen werden sich mit konkreten Empfehlungen des Pakts für die Zukunft auseinandersetzen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Jugendempowerment und sozialer Gerechtigkeit liegt. Ziel ist es, die Stimmen junger Menschen weltweit zu verstärken, die sich für eine nachhaltige und friedliche Zukunft ohne Ungleichheiten einsetzen.

Die Dreikönigsaktion lädt gemeinsam mit Child Rights Connect, Yuwalaya, LCMC, Consortium Nepal, BSA, Alana und BJV zum virtuellen Side Event „Summit of the Future and beyond: Ein Gespräch mit und für Kinder über die Auswirkungen auf die Rechte der Kinder und die Umwelt.”
Dabei wird diskutiert, wie der UN-Zukunftsgipfel dazu beitragen kann, die Rechte von Kindern und Jugendlichen im Hinblick auf eine sinnvolle Beteiligung, den Zugang zu Informationen und die Umwelt zu fördern.

Youth Leads for a Future without Inequalities
Under the title ‘Youth Leads for a Future without Inequalities’, Südwind’s side event provides a platform for young people to share their perspectives on how global negotiations can be transformed into concrete actions to tackle inequalities and implement the 2030 Agenda.
The event provides an opportunity to drive transformative action, promote sustainable development and enable meaningful youth participation in global decision-making. Participants will engage with concrete recommendations of the Compact for the future, with a focus on youth empowerment and social justice. The aim is to amplify the voices of young people worldwide who are committed to a sustainable and peaceful future without inequalities.
